Riverland Community College has named Kim Nelson, a Dean of Academic Affairs for Construction Trades, Transportation and Manufacturing. Nelson who has been an interim dean in that role will now transfer to the permanent position.

The Riverland Community College Blue Devils Men’s Basketball team is heading to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Tournament after receiving a #10 seed during yesterday’s Men's Basketball Selection Show on the NJCAA Network.
The Riverland Community College men’s basketball team earned an at-large bid into the NJCAA Division III men’s basketball tournament and they will make the trip to Herkimer College in Herkimer, New York next week.
