Phi Theta Kappa Zeta Eta Honors Society kicks off Honors in Action project: Don't Dis-Ability
Riverland Community College’s Zeta Eta, a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society’s local chapter kicks off their yearly Honors in Action project with “Don’t Dis-Ability: Understanding Invisible Disabilities like Autism Spectrum Disorder” presented by Neveln Principal Dewey Schara, a parent of child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Riverland Theatre pairs 'Wonderful Life' with Art Gallery retrospective
Riverland Community College Theatre will start celebrating the holidays Nov. 16 to 20 with their production of It’s a Wonderful Life adapted for the stage by James W. Rodgers and based on the film by Frank Capra and the story by Philip Van Doren Stern. During the run of the play, a retrospective on the scenic designs by former Riverland Techncial Director Robert “Bo” Dudley will be presented in the James Wegner Art Gallery, located next to the theatre.
Riverland Joins Southern Minnesota Center of Agriculture
Riverland Community College has formally joined the Southern Minnesota Center of Agriculture, a collaborative group of higher educational institutions with related agriculture programs that serve agricultural students, producers and businesses throughout the region.
