Program Graduate Outcomes

Upon completion of this program, the graduate will:

  • Command the knowledge and skills necessary to begin a successful career in network administration.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair computers, servers, and printers.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer Microsoft desktop operating systems.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer Linux desktop operating systems.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer Microsoft server operating systems.
  • Design and implement computer networks using Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Design and implement email services using Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • Design and implement network security using Microsoft network security tools, protocols, and services.
