DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The Laboratory, Assessment, & Board Preparation Assistant supports hands-on laboratory activities, testing operations, and student preparation for program and certification examinations. This position helps faculty maintain an organized, safe, and well-prepared learning environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare laboratories, classrooms, equipment, phantoms, positioning aids, and supplies for scheduled activities. Set up and reset practice stations, simulations, review activities, and skills assessments. Inventory, organize, label, and restock laboratory supplies. Inspect instructional materials and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items. Assist with exam-room preparation and authorized exam proctoring. Prepare testing materials, seating charts, scratch paper, and examination supplies. Monitor the testing environment according to faculty instructions and report concerns. Assist with organizing board-preparation resources and review materials. Sort practice questions by content category or examination objective. Compile student-requested review topics and organize resources for faculty review. Prepare materials for mock examinations, remediation sessions, and group review activities. Assist with maintaining a clean orderly, and professional laboratory environment.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Preference will be given to Radiology students.
