Working with Diversity

This course emphasizes diversity in culture, race, sex, age, and ability as some of the chief characteristics of the workplace of the future. This course prepares managers to utilize diversity for greater effectiveness as well as employer and employee satisfaction. Assisting management to eliminate existing barriers affecting equal access, professional growth, and mobility which enables every employee to reach his or her potential in today's diversified workforce is included
