Wanda McCoy is a program manager for Riverland’s Emergency Medical Services & Fire Training Programs and the Minnesota State Chapter Coordinator for International Trauma Life Support. She is responsible for Emergency Medical Services and credit-based and online Fire Training and is also an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor.

Wanda is a certified Level 2 DACUM facilitator working with organizations to conduct job/occupational analysis using the DACUM process. Her professional background has been in marketing, financial analysis, fire training and emergency medical services. Wanda graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
