Program Overview

Riverland’s Radiography Program is a 21-month, five-semester program with at least two semesters of prerequisite courses, totaling 83 credits. It is fully accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

Students train using our radiography lab and work with healthcare facilities across southern Minnesota. Graduates are prepared for the ARRT registry exam and careers as registered radiologic technologists.

Advanced Opportunities

Graduates can continue their education through the Healthcare Leadership and Administration online bachelor completion program at Winona State University. This program builds skills in key healthcare leadership areas.

Career Outlook

Jobs for radiologic technologists are growing faster than average. Careers are available in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers.
