Sponsorship Opportunities at Riverland

Are you interested in having Riverland Community College sponsor your organization? As a state entity, we have specific requirements to consider. Review the information below to determine if your opportunity is a good fit, and apply for consideration.

How Are Riverland Sponsorships Defined?

Sponsorships are opportunities provided by external organizations to support community events, educational programs, chamber memberships, community celebrations, advocacy events, career fairs, and local fundraising events.

Sponsorship Criteria

• Align with the college’s mission, vision, and values to support service, education, and career training
• Demonstrate direct or indirect benefits to students
• Be submitted early due to a limited annual budget (fiscal year: July to June)
• Consider potential reach and impact across Riverland’s three campus communities
• Support long-term, sustainable partnerships that connect Riverland to its target audience

Ineligible Activities

• Requests that benefit an individual person or family
• Religious activities that further religious doctrine
• Fundraising events that directly compete with Riverland Foundation efforts

• Raffles or gambling
• Travel expenses
• Political groups or organizations
