Assist The Hormel Foundation Austin Assurance Scholarship (THFAAS) Advisors with various tasks. Including but not limited to: Data entry projects-students will learn different professional computer systems such as our student information system, document imaging, and excel spreadsheets. This work required a students great attention to detail and accuracy. Contact student weekly (phone, text, or email) regarding missing items (Financial Aid, volunteer hours, etc. as it related to THFAAS). Help THFAAS advisors plan & strategize events both for currently Riverland students and students at Austin High School and Pacelli. Create marketing materials using Canva and strategize on how to deliver marketing messages to student. Engage students on THFAAS Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin) Cross-training for Student Affairs tasks as needed such as scanning and auditing student records and files. Be a peer contact for incoming student and current students for THFAAS
