Workstations Support Assistant
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
10-15 Hours per week
General expertise related to computer support. Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and document actions taken. Installation and support of software, PCs, printers, and other peripherals. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned. Ability to handle walk-in questions related to technology or provide directions to available resources
Intermediate knowledge of computer equipment and related software. Ability to problem solve computer related issues, install computer hardware and software. Must have excellent customer service skills. Be on time for scheduled shifts. Be courteous to students, faculty and staff.
