Use this form to officially register for Minnesota’s Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program for the 2026–27 school year. Students and parents or guardians complete Section 1, secondary schools complete Section 2, and postsecondary institutions complete Section 3. The form documents eligibility, enrollment intent, and approved college courses taken for both high school and postsecondary credit.

There is no charge to PSEO students for tuition, books or fees for items that are required to participate in a course that do not become the property of the PSEO student. PSEO textbooks are the property of the post-secondary institution and must be returned to the bookstore.
