Duties include but not limited to: Cover front desk and greet students; assist with New Student Registration including assisting students with setting up and logging into accounts, assisting students with e-services, answering general and FAFSA questions. Prepare student records for electronic filing system including sorting, alphabetizing, scanning, linking, and auditing documents. Assist staff with projects.
Scanning and Linking student documents takes skill and training. Dealing with confidential documents. Various projects are very detail oriented and confidential. Willingness to work with all demographics of people/students and groups. Reliable and good communication skills. Kind, dependable, outgoing, and neat appearance. Ability to listen, problem solve, and react quickly. Enjoy helping people and answering questions. Organized and strong attention to detail.
