Social Media Marketing

CERTIFICATE, 16 CREDITS

The Social Media Marketing Certificate will provide the student with the tools to manage a business’s social media presence and social media campaigns. This certificate is designed for the working professional or an addition to a higher degree. Social Media Marketing is internet marketing achieved through branding and marketing communication by participating in social media networks.

Social media incorporates social interaction, content, videos, images and audio to engage consumers. Social media marketing goals include content writing (blogging), increased web site traffic, conversions, page views, brand awareness and broader customer base. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and analytics can be used to determine if your business goals are being achieved.
