Office Specialist

CERTIFICATE, 16 CREDITS

This program will prepare students for employment as Office Professionals. Students will develop technology and critical thinking skills crucial to ensuring organization success. They will learn to provide critical support to organization leaders such as administrators, executives, and managers by keeping current on the 3 T’s: Terminology, Trends, and Technology.  Students will also learn employability and soft skills including customer relations and support.

Students should chose this career pathway and start their educational journey at Riverland Community College.  We have collaborated with local industry partners to create a program that meets their hiring needs.  Currently there are more high wage jobs with benefits available than graduates.
