Supervisory Management - Human Resource Development

Why study Human Resource Development at Riverland?

The Human Resource Development certificate is a 15-credit program that can stand alone and can be completed in one semester or can be combined with the Supervising & Managing certificate, the Leadership certificate and 15 MnTC general education credits for a total of 60 credits to complete the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Supervisory Management.

It is designed for both working professionals and students who are seeking management careers that require Human Resources Development skills and knowledge. It provides a broad base of training in employee selection, retention and employee development techniques. Learn about important workplace issues such as safety, diversity and wellness. The aim of an accelerated format is to connect course work to real-world workplace applications.
