  • Our campus buildings are currently closed to ensure the safety and health of our employees and students. Wednesdays are they only days you can call to make a payment. Please call 507-433-0525.

Can I come to campus to make a payment?

  • Our campus buildings are currently closed to ensure the safety and health of our employees and students. However, you can make a payment online by signing into E-Services https://eservices.minnstate.edu/student-portal/secure/home/show?campusid=307 and selecting Bills and Payment. You may pay by phone, on Wednesday’s only, by calling 507-433-0525. You can also mail payments in, by check, to be processed on Wednesdays.

Can I set up a payment plan?

  • We are offering payment plans for Spring Semester.  They will be determined on a case by case basis.  Please contact George Bass at George.Bass@riverland.edu or (507) 433-0525 to discuss.

Is there a payment plan available for Summer Semester?

Are late fees going to be added for Spring Semester?

  • Riverland is not assessing late fees on student accounts at this time due to COVID-19. Late Fees will be re-evaluated later.

If I don’t pay off my account, will it be turned over to collections as normal?

  • Submission of accounts to collection will be delayed for spring semester. Keep checking the website for updates. To make a payment, sign into E-Services https://eservices.minnstate.edu/student-portal/secure/home/show?campusid=307 and select Bills and Payment. You may pay by phone on Wednesday’s only by calling 507-433-0525. You can also mail payments by check to Riverland Community College, 1600 8th Ave NW Austin, MN 55912 to be processed on Wednesdays.

What if I can’t get into E-Services due to a Password or Star-ID issue?

  • Go to https://starid.minnstate.edu/. You can reset your Password and find out what your StarID is. Or you can call the Help Desk at (877) 466-6728.

Will I still get paid the same way for my Work Study hours?
