Residents of College Park Housing

Health and safety are a priority of College Park Housing and Riverland Community College.  In light of the evolving situation with COVID-19, we are taking precautions.  In an effort to limit the risk of transmission, students that have a viable, safe living option, that is not College Park Housing, are recommended to reside there.  If you are facing a circumstance that requires you to continue to reside at College Park Housing, accommodations will be made.

The attached form asks about whether you are planning to stay in housing or if you are planning to move out.  Knowing this information will allow us to communicate and support each of you to the best of our ability.

Housing Planning Form

For those of you that will be moving out, please plan to do this prior to March 27, 2020. A “checkout” time to return your keys will need to be scheduled.  Please contact Director of Residential & Student Life, Alexis Persons to arrange a check out/time to return your keys.  Students moving out of housing for the remainder of the semester may be reimbursed a portion of the remaining Spring Semester housing charges.
