How to: COVID-19 Test Submission Summary
This form is used for students to submit weekly COVID-19 test results. This will be accessed from a link within an email sent from your college/university or directly from within e-services.

Now is a great time to get your flu vaccine! You can even get your COVID-19 vaccine at the same time. Everyone age 6 months and older should get a flu vaccine each year. Everyone age 5 years and older should get a COVID-19 vaccine.
One arm at a time. One bandage at a time. Let's band together to control this year's flu and slow the spread of COVID-19 - for all of us.
