Welcome to the Supervisory Management Website!

Greetings from the Supervisory Management Coordination Team. We're excited to share information about Riverland's Supervisory Management program, our students and our instructors. The Supervisory Management program has been in existence for nearly twenty years offering professional development opportunities to newly promoted and soon-to-be promoted supervisors from area businesses and industries. Riverland has proudly awarded over 160 certificates and nearly 40 degrees to over 100 graduates since the first AAS degree was awarded in 1997. We believe our students enjoy the best of both worlds... maintaining their professional positions at their worksite and blending those responsibilities into a challenging and rewarding learning experience with their peers. Supervisory Management students are highly encouraged to network in class, share their work experiences and collaborate with fellow students to gain the most benefit they can during their time in the program.

Riverland offers Supervisory Management classes both on-campus and at several corporate locations throughout the region such as Owatonna, Dodge Center, Waseca, and Fairmont, MN. Our seasoned team of adjunct instructors whom possess backgrounds in a variety of industries and hold a variety of titles facilitate courses at all locations.

Our Supervisory Management program boasts a Desire2Learn (D2L) website that all students enrolled in Supervisory Management classes can access. Our D2L website provides our students the opportunity to discover all sorts of valuable information about their journey into the field of supervision. Through the D2L website and NetMail, we keep our students informed of up-to-the-minute information about their classes, the program, and the college. Students appreciate the opportunity to learn more about our great team of adjunct instructors that they encounter in their classrooms. By accessing the information on the D2L website, students are better prepared for the accelerated learning environment we promote in the Supervisory Management program. Students will know more about what to expect both inside and outside of the classroom.
