Representatives

Kari Busch assists clients and participants with training initiatives focusing on business and organizational development needs such as supervision, leadership, communication, and human resources development. Kari is responsible for coordinating the Supervisory Management program for both open enrollment and on-site area businesses. She also assists with the development and coordination of 'corporate universities' in our region. Kari's focus is on helping clients clearly determine their specific training needs and then incorporating them into the organization's goals. Her ultimate goal is to help clients realize the direct impact a successful training program can have on a company's overall health and productivity.

Kari is a graduate of Winona State University and also holds a Masters of Educational Leadership degree from Southwest Minnesota State University. In addition to a busy professional and family life, she is involved in several community service and professional organizations. Her professional background has been marketing and public relations and is complemented by several years spent in student services.
