Representatives

Steve Bowron serves as the Dean of Training and Development. He and his staff are committed to assisting business and industry throughout the Riverland service area with their training, education and economic development needs.

His responsibilities as Dean include the supervision of the staff along with managing the day-to-day operation of the division. Steve also serves as the Albert Lea Campus Dean and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Albert Lea campus. Steve is a member of the Riverland Community College President?s Leadership Team, the Administrative Council, and the Academic Leadership Team.

Steve is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a minor in Criminal Justice. He has spent the past 15 years with Riverland Community College in a variety of capacities including the Director of Marketing and Placement and adjunct faculty for the Supervisory Management program.
