Representatives

Roberta Czaplewski is a Business Consultant with Riverland Community College's Training and Development team. Roberta's focus is computer software applications and she?s works with individuals and business clients to provide solutions through customized training. She also represents Riverland in their partnership with Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation and works to identify regional companies who might qualify for the Foundation?s High Potential Business Program.

Roberta graduated from Riverland's Microcomputer Support program in 1998 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Walden University in 2007. Her professional background has been in computer technology and economic development. In addition to a busy professional and family life, she serves on the board of directors for Albert Lea Noon Kiwanis and Womeninc Foundation, is a trained Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory tutor working with dyslexic students and is a mentor with Community Mentor Connection.
