High Performance Cylinder Blocks

This course covers high performance cylinder block theory and service. Various types of equipment will be
used to bore and hone cylinder bores, main bearing bore inspection, resurface decks, inspect and select pistons,crankshafts and connecting rods. Rotating assemblies are balanced, trial assembly of the rotating assembly to determine if block and cam clearance is required.
Degree camshafts, determine compression ratios based
on pistons & deck height.
