This course focuses on tools for managing/controlling projects with definite beginning and ending points. Emphasis will be on managing projects with many complex activities. Students wil learn how to construct and use several project planning and control tools such as Critical Path Method (CPM), Activity Flow network, Slack Time calculation and Gantt charts.
