This course is designed for individuals and organizations interested in improving the quality of their products and services, their productivity and profitability. An overview of quality fundamentals and productivity with explanations of key quality improvement tools and techniques will be covered. Participants will undertake a critical examination of personal and organizational management practices through the development of a quality improvement project.
