Problem Solving/Decision Making

This course will provide participants with the skills and resources to solve organizational problems, make better decisions, and achieve professional and organizational goals. The opportunity will be provided to practice various problem solving techniques on real problems in the workplace. Participants will learn methods for thinking about problems more creatively. Focus is on improvement of problem solving skills on the job through practical application. (2Cr - 2 lect, 0 lab) This class meets on Thursday evenings.
