Industry Certificate
Many programs offer Industry Certificates requiring 30 or fewer credits. They serve students who have an immediate career goal. Industry Certificates are typically not designed for transfer.
Programs awarding Industry Certificates do so to certify graduates in specific skill area. Industry Certificates may be awarded for successful completion of a program intended to provide students with entry-level employment skills. Other Industry Certificates may be awarded to enhance or raise a students technical skills to an advanced level of performance. Typically, these programs are one or two semesters in length.
