Tuition Reciporocity AgreementAny student who is a legal resident of Wisconsin, North Dakota or South Dakota may attend a Minnesota public institution and pay that state's resident tuition. Similarly, a legal resident of Minnesota may attend a Wisconsin, North Dakota or South Dakota public institution and pay Minnesota resident tuition. Application for tuition reciprocity must be made in the home state of the student. For more information contact the Registrar's office at 507-433-0610. |
