Athletic Equity Disclosures  

Equity In Athletics Disclosure Act - Academic Year 2006/2007

All co-educational institutions of higher education that participate in any federal student financial aid program (Federal, Pell, Federal SEOG and Federal SSIG Grants; Federal Work Study; and Federal Family Education, Federal Perkins and William D. Ford Federal Direct Loans) and have intercollegiate athletic programs must provide the following report under the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act of 1994, Section 360B of Pub. L.103-382.  This act and accompanying federal regulations require that the following information, based on the previous reporting year, be available for inspection by students, prospective students and the public by October 15 each year.

• Athletic program participation by gender
• Athletic program budgets
• Athletic program coaching staff and salaries
