Search Help for Journals from Ovid
Riverland has a single subscription to these journals so only one user at a time can be using the journal. If you receive an error message concerning licenses, it is in use by another patron. Please be sure to log off the site. After 10 minutes of inactivity, it will log off automatically. Click on 'Search Riverland Nursing Journals' to search the following journals:
American Journal of Nursing 1996- Nursing Made Incredibly Easy 2004-
Journal of Clinical Nursing 1997-2005
These are the journals that Riverland currently has access to or has had access to in the past. To search only Nursing Made Incredibly Easy or AJN following these steps:
1. Place search term or terms in the search box
2. Click on search
3. On the left side of the page is the Search Aid box
4. See -> Narrow search -> Journals
5. Click on Journals
6. Click on Nursing made incredibly easy or AJN 7. Removes all other results from your search leaving only the results from Nursing Made Incredibly Easy or AJN. To re-execute a search in 'Citations & Abstracts of All Journals@Ovid':
1. click on search history
2. check appropriate box
3. click on display
4. note that searches can also be combined
'Search Citations & Abstracts of All Journals@Ovid'
- Using this link allows searching of all the journals that are indexed in the entire database
- Full text will not be available but is a valuable search tool
