EBSCO Databases Search Help

ONLINE HELP
All of the EBSCO databases have a help link. The help link can be found on the top right of the opening screen. There are tutorials available for different types of searching:
*guided
*academic basic search

CITATION STYLE HELP
The EBSCO help screen has suggestion for styles of citations. These include MLA and APA formats. Users can also save, print and email searches in these formats. See the print/saving/emailing section of the help screens.

SEARCHING BY JOURNAL TITLE
It is possible to search the Academic Search Premier while using a specific journal title. Help for this type of search.

OTHER EBSCO DATABASES
Riverland has access to four EBSCO database. They include Academic Search Premier, Master File Premier, Business Source Premier and Regional Business News. The help information supplied on the page applies to all the databases that are available through EBSCO.
