Pop Culture: This database focuses on American and worldwide popular culture, past and present.  To print an article use the print link located on the right hand side of the page.

CQ Researcher: Full text cover social and environmental issues of the day.

EBSCO Academic Resources: Full text journals and magazine articles it combines Academic Search Premier, Masterfile, MAS Ultra and Funk & Wagnalls encyclopedia into a single search. Search help

Points of View: Full text covers social and environmental issues.

Image Collections

ArtStor: A digital library of approximately 750,000 images in the areas of art, architecture, the humanities, and social sciences. Search help.

CAMIO: An image database of works or art from national and international museums.  Walker Art Center in Minneapolis is included in this collection.  Search help.

Art Reference Collection:  Art and theater are represented in this online collection of encyclopedias and dictionaries.

Popular Contemporary Writers: Encyclopedic format offering short biographies, photographs and list of major works.

Netlibrary: This site will go directly to electronic books owned by Riverland.

Encyclopedia BritannicaThe academic edition of this popular encylopedia also has a dictionary and thesaurus.  Search results have links to the Ebsco database citations. Search help
