Leadership Austin will enhance our community through the development, empowerment and motivation of emerging leaders.

OBJECTIVES

1. To raise awareness as to the needs and opportunities for community leadership
2. To provide comprehensive training that will enhance an individual’s ability to lead in the community and workplace.
3. To provide in-depth information about key sectors within our community
4. To introduce and network participants with current and emerging leaders throughout our community
5. To motivate participants to commit their time and expertise toward building a better community
