Registration Information

We ask that participants pre-register so that all arrangements can be made for class space and instructors.  Noon lunches and coffee breaks will be provided at the school site.  Any cancellation must be provided 48 hours (2 days) prior to the start of class (4:00 p.m. on April 1).  If no notification of cancellation is given in accordance with our policy, you or your department will be responsible for the course fees.

The 2009 Course Fees:

• $105.00 for 16 hours of education
• $85.00 for 12 hours of education
• $65.00 for 8 hours of education
• $50.00 for 4 hours of education
