It is the intent of Riverland Community College to adhere to the provisions of the US Copyright Law (Title 17, US Code sect. 101, et seq.), the Congressional Fair Use Guidelines, and licenses and contractual agreements in the provision of resources and services to the Riverland Community College communities. The College recognizes the role of copyright in promoting scholarly research and publication, and supports compliance of these laws by faculty, students, and staff.
