Albert Lea Campus

Located in the Gateway Building on the Albert Lea Campus, the Children's Center offers a safe, nurturing environment in which children will grow. The center also caters to children outside the Riverland community. This means that when a student graduates and finds employment, their children can stay in familiar surroundings.

Ages Served: 6 weeks - Preschool

Site Hours: Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Infants (6 weeks - 16 months)
Children in the infant area follow individualized schedules that are planned cooperatively by the parents and lead teacher.

Toddlers (16 months - 33 months)
A full day of adventure and learning, indoors and out, awaits your toddler at the Gateway site. Activities promote language development, social awareness and problem solving.

Preschool (33 months - 5 years)
Group activities and arts ands crafts are highlights of a preschooler's day. The preschool curriculum that includes physical and cognitive experiences prepares your youngster for school days to come!
