Kristin Flatness is program director and instructor for the pharmacy technician program. Her responsibilities include curriculum planning and development, student advising and intern supervision, assessing student learning and budget planning and fiscal management.

Flatness has a bachelor of science degree in education from the University of Minnesota and has been a certified pharmacy technician at Albert Lea Medical Center for the past several years.
