Riverland Community College honored retiring and current employees and Emeritus Faculty inductees at the College’s annual Riverland Awards and Recognition Ceremony May 11 at the Austin Holiday Inn.

Riverland faculty and staff gathered in tribute of this year’s retirees: Michael Callahan - Construction Electrician 1980 to 2007; Jim Christensen - Farm Business Management 2004 to 2006; Diann Pflaum - Mathematics 1981 to 2006; Larry Hanson, Groundskeeper, 1984 to 2006; Alberta Heiny - Financial Aide Assistant, 1972 to 2006; Albert Purdy - General Maintenance Worker, 1972 to 2006.
