Riverland secured three state awards at the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Chief Financial and Facilities Officer conference January 24, 2007.

Judy Enright, Riverland physical plant director, accepted the Excellence in Facilities Management Award for the 5th consecutive year. Enright also received an Outstanding Service Award for her service to Riverland.

Brad Doss, Riverland business manager, accepted the Excellence in Financial Management Award on behalf of the finance division. This is the 10th consecutive year Riverland has earned this award and is one of only ten schools to receive the award this year. Riverland is also one of only three schools, along with South Central College and Winona State University, to have received the award every year it has been awarded.  It is a team award for all employees in the business office, bookstore, and mailroom operations.
