Judy Enright, Riverland Community College facilities operations supervisor, has been selected to serve on the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system’s fiscal year 2008-2013 Capital Budget Project advisory team. Enright’s duties will include reviewing and commenting on academic capital project submissions from System institutions. She will review between 25-35 project submittals before a January meeting in St. Cloud, where she will review approximately 35 initiatives and 45 major capital projects over two days.

Enright has been employed at the College since 1991. In 1993, she assumed her supervisory role. In 2006 she graduated from the APPA (formerly the Association of Physical Plant Administrators) Institute for Facilities Management. The Institute for Facilities Management is APPA's premier educational program. The Institute includes core programming in general administration, maintenance and operations, energy and utilities, and planning, design and construction.
