ITV Downlink Services, Procedures and Contacts

AV Equipment is assigned to most classrooms on a permanent basis.

Short term AV Equipment checkout (TV, VCR/DVD, tape recorders, video equipment, data projection systems, laptops, etc.)

AV Equipment repair and projection lamp replacement

AV Equipment operation instruction and assistance

Classrooms housing assigned data projection systems on a permanent basis

Classroom Interactive Television (ITV) and portable ITV unit scheduling. Classes and meetings may be scheduled through ITV.

ITV assistance, sound and video checks, and troubleshooting

Instructor in-service of ITV equipment operation

Portable ITV System - Equipment set-up, audio and video checks, and instructor assistance

Schedule satellite downlink programs

Set-up and troubleshooting of satellite downlinks using MnSAT or "C" or "Ku" banks.

PA or sound amplification systems for special events
