Head Coach - Scott Koenigs 507-433-0804 scott.koenigs@riverland.edu Scott Koenigs begins his 6th year as Head Coach of Riverland Community College. Coach Koenigs has built the Blue Devil Baseball Program into a very competitive program year-in and year-out. The Baseball Program has become a springboard for athletes on a path to 4-year colleges. Prior to arriving at Riverland, Koenigs led GMLO High School to a conference title in his first season there. After spending 2 years as a Head Coach at the high school level, Koenigs accepted a position as Graduate Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of Kansas. Koenigs spent his two years with the Jayhawks working with the outfielders and with the hitters. Koenigs was involved in recruiting, evaluting, day-to-day practices, and game-day events at the Big 12 University. |
