What does my test score mean?

Reading Comprehension Test:
Score 78 to 120:   Register for Freshman English (ENGL 1101)
Score 63 to 77 Register for College Prep English II (ENGL 0960)
Score 52 to 62  Register for College Prep English I (ENGL 0950) and Steps to College Success Courses 
Score 0 to 51  Attend an Adult Basic Education Course or schedule an appointment with a college counselor.  
   
   
Math Placements:
MATH 1110 - College Algebra OR MATH 1050 - Math for Liberal Arts:  
  Score 63 to 120 on the Reading Comprehension test and 
  Score 76 to 120 on the Elementary Algebra test and  
  50 to 120 on the College Level Math test 
   
MATH 0570 - Intermediate Algebra: 
  71 to 120 on the Elementary Algebra test or  
  0 to 49 on College Level Math test 
   
MATH 0560 - Introduction to Algebra: 
  51 to 70 on the Elementary Algebra test or  
  70 to 120 on Arithmetic test 
   
MATH 0550 - Basic Math: 
  35 to 55 on Arithmetic test 
   
MATH 1020 - Technical Math (for Career Technical Majors): 
  51 to 120 on the Elementary Algebra test or  
  56 to 120 on Arithmetic 
   
0 to 34 on Arithmetic: Attend an Adult Basic Education Course or schedule an appointment with a college counselor. 
   
All other Liberal Arts Courses:
  Score 63 to 120 Reading Comprehension: You are prepared to register for any Liberal Arts courses that do not have prerequisites

Courses not affected by your assessment:
  Any assessment scores allow your registration in Career programs, CARE, Health, Physical Education, and some music courses.
