The elementary education transfer plan is a two-year plan designed to prepare students to transfer to a four-year college or university which offers programs in professional education. Riverland Community College is able to provide the first two years in general education. Successfully passing the Pre-Professional Skills Test is required prior to enrolling in upper division educational course work. The student must meet Riverland Community College Associate in Arts Degree requirements and should examine the catalog of the transfer institution to determine specific major requirements.
