Program Transfer Guides
Art
The objective of the art transfer plan is to prepare students for transfer to a four-year college or university with intent of majoring in art. Their studies are devoted to the development of concepts, attitudes and skills in the visual arts within a broad curriculum of liberal arts. The three objectives of the program are to provide: professional training for art educators, elective study for students in all areas at the college and a service to the surrounding communities as a source of cultural enrichment. The student must meet Riverland Community College Associate in Arts Degree requirements and should examine the catalog of the transfer institution to determine specific major requirements. |
