Geography

The geography transfer plan is designed to educate students about significant natural and human features and processes as distributed over the earth. It seeks to understand and solve the problems of modern society as they pertain to use of the earth's resources. The Geography transfer plan is to prepare students to transfer to a college or university with the intent of majoring in Geography. The student must meet Riverland Community College Associate in Arts Degree requirements and should examine the catalog of the transfer institution to determine specific major requirements.
