Riverland Community College's accredited Supervisory Management program features business courses focused on leadership, quality and human relations. This program offers professional development opportunities to newly promoted and soon-to-be promoted supervisors. The program is designed to equip first-time supervisors with comprehensive supervisory skills to ensure their success in a supervisory role.   

We have over twenty years experience delivering our accredited Supervisory Management program to corporate clients and we continue to receive high marks on its content, our instructors and our Supervisory Management graduates. Whether on the clock, or off, our contract courses are customized and allow our corporate clients to offer accredited college courses onsite to their employees.Instructors are required to meet with the client’s management team to get acquainted with your facility and corporate culture before classes begin.This insight allows us to customize the course to meet the needs of our client. It's our way of ensuring that we're equipping your employees with the supervisory management skills they need to succeed in their new supervisory role.
