Off-Campus Highlights
  • Southwest Minnesota State University offers the opportunity for off-campus students to receive a baccalaureate degree.
  • Complete the last two tears of coursework by taking classes at a local campus site
  • Students are eligible to apply for financial aid from Southwest Minnesota State
  • Most majors offer evening and weekend courses either on-site or via interactive television. On-line courses are available.

General Information
  • Students interested in any of the off-campus degree programs or coursework should contact the site coordinator.
  • Submit an application for admission and an evaluation of transfer credits will be conducted to determine a student's eligibility and any additional coursework that need to be completed
  • A transcript(s) evaluation will be completed and sent to the student in the following two parts for review
  • General education evaluation
  • Major coursework evaluation
