Who can use Riverland Community College Online Services?
- Current and returning students
- New students who have applied to and been accepted by Riverland Community College may adjust their schedule after their first initial "in person" registration.

What if I lose my PIN Number?
PIN numbers are considered your "signature". They are extremely sensitive as they allow anyone who knows your PIN number to access your private data. Because of this, in order for us to let you know your lost PIN number, you have the following options:
- Come in person and show picture ID at the Student Service Center.
- Call us at (507) 433-0520 and we will reset your PIN number

How can I request a Transcript?
Students at Riverland Community College have two ways to access their transcript.
Unofficial transcript - "Student Copy" - You can access your entire transcript FREE of charge by logging into your academic record. View your Transcript online. »
Official transcripts - To request an official copy of your transcript, COMPLETE THIS FORM and submit with $3.00 per transcript. Transcript requests must include payment by check or credit card. Your request will not be processed until payment is received. Please make check payable to Riverland Community College. DO NOT MAIL CASH. When paying by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) please include your credit card number, the expiration date, and your name as it appears on the credit card.
Requests for transcripts by phone, or e-mail will not be accepted. We do not fax transcripts.

How do I check my Grades?
If a grade does not appear, or the letter "Z" appears, then no grade has been reported for that course and you should contact your instructor.
- Go to the Web Registration page and log in. This is the same page where you log-in to register for your courses.
- You must have your Student ID and your PIN to log in to the Riverland's web registration system.
- Click on the "Student" tab.
- Click on "Check Term Grades".
- If you wish to view grades from a different year/term, go to "Select a new Year/Term if needed" and select it from the drop down list.
- To view your entire academic record click on Academic record and the submit button
