Representatives

Roberta Czaplewski is a Business Consultant with Riverland Community College's Training and Development team. Roberta works with individuals and business clients to provide solutions for performance improvement. She is a certified DACUM facilitator working with organizations to conduct job/occupational analysis using the DACUM process. She is responsible for computer software applications training as well as LEAN Health care. She represents Riverland in their partnership with Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation and works to identify regional companies who might qualify for the Foundation's High Potential Business Program.

Roberta graduated from Riverland's Microcomputer Support program in 1998 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Walden University in 2007. Her professional background has been in computer technology and economic development. In addition to a busy professional and family life, she serves on the board of directors for Womeninc Foundation, is active in her church, Albert Lea Noon Kiwanis, Toastmasters, Austin Leadership, Community Mentor Connection and is a trained Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory tutor working with dyslexic students.
